260.... What an awesome time in Memphis. I was off today, I should have followed DW to Tulsa.... Bob was running really good and consistent in the "Shoe Box". John and Matt finally broke into the 13's with the Judge. Both top Unlimited Hitters had bad luck; Larry Larson broke a ring and pinion and the other gentleman broke a rocker arm. Before Larry broke, he ran a 7.04 @ 208 MPH. The black 57 ran a 7.17 and then backed it up with a 7.14 after they fixed the rocker arm.
I didn't stay to see if Larry or the black 57 made any attempts to run after 2:00. This might be the first year that Larry Larson goes down.... It still amazes me that he doesn't pull a trailer or anything with that Nova. Pure awesomeness!!!sigpic

ONLY 260 days to go or a little more than37 weeks.. But it is just to hot here to go to my regular Cruisin Grand. It 105 and neither Nova likes THAT much..But it is a dry heat with 8% humidity..
I just love my Hot Rods.
Long Hauled 2009,2010,2011,2012 and 2013. Loved every minute of it.Comment
