We strive to give the best service possible and obviously we still have some training to address. i will be addressing this issue with the team. It disappoints me and all our managers that someone was as rude and unhelpful with you on the phone and if I could identify the person who is responsible I assure you they would not do it again. So from our entire team of mangers and caring employees we are sorry, and hope that you give Dominos another chance to rebuild your confidence.
I see that your review was about an incident from sometime in early June, is there any way you could provide me with a date, or even the cell number that you called from? From that I can at least narrow it down to which group of employees was on the clock at the time. The person responsible for this apparently doesn't care for our reputation and the better I can narrow it down the better I can help future customers quality of service.
Thank you for your time today, and for your feed back, with out feed back like yours we cannot get better. I promise you we do care about every customer, and if you are ever passing thru Valdosta again please feel free to call me personally and I will make sure you and your family receive the meal you deserve, on me, free of charge.
