        I did!

So, the Variable Exhaust cam timing is REALLY interesting. It likes high lobe separation to start spooling the turbo but as soon as it's over 100kpa it wants narrow lobe separation. Two pulls, same setting on the wastegate, closing the overlap lost 1.5psi of boost but gained right at 15% power at the wheels. And man does it spool up nice and quick this way. I am really happy how the VCT turned out!

Dang, Scott! You are turning into a REAL expert. It's SO cool to have you on here and I'm proud to say that I know you. Hope to see you on the salt next year (though I'm not sure of my schedule yet).

we only took it to 10psi. Through an unlocked converter and a th400 it was just under 300/300 on a Mustang dynamometer. bear in mind that JeffMcKc's car makes just north of 500whp on the same dyno, also thru a th400 unlocked.

maybe after drag week Gary will let us turn it up?

Pretty cool! You think that 4.2 will fit in a 1st gen Falcon?

such a neat project - I've always been a fan of straight 6s but their lack of hp and top end always makes me hesitate... sounds like you've solved the issues and now you're making me consider the same motor in my FJ

Looks like a really good solution for vehicles that came with an inline engine

Tomorrow, I am going to rework my windshield wiper arms so I can use a better wiper blade.

We made it to Tulsa yesterday and made the big show. Today we will see how the old GMC runs on the quarter mile.

Randal, i'm afraid i am too old for this drag racing, it's been too long since I did it. I screwed both Monday and Tuesday runs, but we are having fun. That is if you call 97 degree day and the south wind blowing in the old junker of a GMC.
