I just figured up gas for the whole week driving the Impala at 200 miles per tank. Close anyway. $450-500 depending on how much extra driving I do and cost of gas. The 56 will get about 300/350 miles per tank a little better without the AC on.Last edited by Andy4639; March 22, 2018, 09:13 AM.Retirement is better than I thought!

I fixed the Impala AC switch yesterday. I found 2 things wrong with it though but both are fixed.
The first was when I took the radio out to gain access to the controller. I went to pull the connector off the fan switch the whole backside of the switch came off!
Then as I suspected the brown and orange wires where crossed up. I figured this out by the wiring schematic I found on line and some pictures I had taken before. I put the switch back together and crimped it down good it want come off again!
