3780 race weight. Bout 100 pounds lighter than I thought it would be. Only weight I've shaved is the heat/ac box and the glass hood. Probably added it back with the heavy tubed 9" and the turbo. I think the Judge is around 3700, but the 41 is only 2850 with my lard azz in the seat. I have lost almost 30 lbs since Thanksgiving though...
