Put the system on and we only get either 3.9 or 4.2 volts for the signal to the fuel pump. I dont know if the ECU is bad or there is a second sensor that is not giving the full 12 volts needed. I understand this is only supposed to stay at 12 volts for 8 seconds if there is no RPM signal, so I am starting to think maybe there is something that needs to be sensed to get full voltage, before it drops so it disengages the relay.
