Anyone have a idea how londg this thing is . I hate to speed 30 bucks on a slave cylinder just to get the rod . If I can find out then I can make one .

Boy am I glad I cleaned my storage shed.
The 2nd box I opened, I found both 4.3 slaves, and this...

PM me your address and I'll send it to you Dan.

Festering in my mind after reading your statement "I'll make one"
I believe the rods are hardened.. Yes.. I have made them.. Never lasted..
I seem to remember carefully turning down the welder and adding spots on the end of a rod to make it last..
I also remember getting impatient and halfassing the job in the end.

Depends what you make it with, use a hardened pushrod from an engine, or even a hardened allen wrench.

I know when I was helping with a blown hemi, that the owner mistakenly reversed the three way shutoff valve, that shaft broke after the warmup. I noticed the fuel pump was hot, not cold as usual. Anyway, a long allen wrench cut to size made it thru the weekend, well, after fixing the fuel shutoff.
