  • I would roll those on a long trip....... If there was room to bring my inverter! Body inverter that is, not power inverter.
Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.

      • They look neat Keith. They fit your car really well, not quite sure they'd be right for mine. Thanks for the pics!

        • milner351;My back hurts just looking at those.....

With the padding that snaps into place, they are VERY comfortable for long drag week drives. The back is 2"dense foam, and the bottom is 5" dense foam. I hated putting anything on it to cover it up but you couldn't stand to ride in it bareback.
          Go ahead, pull my finger.

            • Looks like you changed your mind about keeping the stock undercarriage?

              • Nope. Cut it out....will clean it up, and move it forward 8".

                • Still using stock undercarriage then?
                  Cool!
YOU have the skills and patience for that...unlike me...

                    • Spend the day cleaning the undercoating off the bottom of the rear floor section. Yes, that's the original red primer. Yes, I'm planning to spray a new coat on and leave it. (after I get the floor all put back together)

                      • How soon do you plan on having this thing at the track anyway? I've got to see this one in action live.

                        • I am aiming for the first of May to have it on the road. It'll be tough to make that date...we'll see what happens.

If I was closer I'd offer a hand but I'd probably just be in your way anyway, are you really doing all this work by yourself?
