No sir, your 15.2x Harley is not "like real fast, man". My horrible "omg jap crap" went 0-100mph in 4.14s last weekend.

Been at home like....5 days in the last two weeks. I'm out now until Monday. Next week from Thursday thru the following Wednesday. Fall cleanup is starting. Car is on the low burner, just simmering. I hate it.

Well, I have managed to put some gas in the tank and leak check the fuel system up to the firewall. So far so good.
I appreciate the humor...........I'm still in the 'grind' part of the build, but the fun stuff is just around the corner.
I might say that I've noticed your life is beyond being hectic too.......it's a good thing we don't build cars for a living, eh?

Just plugging along. Doing a few small things before attacking the drivetrain installation.......got the doors back on it, and as soon as I can get the locations nailed down for the outside mirrors, they go to paint. Insulated the fuel lines where they come in close proximity to the exhaust. In the meanwhile, I jury-rigged a poor man's car cover to keep some of the dirt off of it. More to come.

Is the doors the last that have to be painted or does the decklid still need to be painted also? I've got a whole box of poor mans car cover in my shop i use on everything i don't want paint on or dirt.
