Looks like something that someone built in the mid-seventies. A stretched frame with drag bars & forward controls? I think that you would have to be well over six foot to ride it & be half-way comfortable. I still have my "Easyriders helmet" like the one in the picture. Used to drag it out every year to go to Sturgis. South Dakota had a helmet law in those days. Now we do & they do not.
