This song, it's been haunting me for about three weeks. In the back of my mind, not the whole song, but just the line, "Don't You Forget about Me." I had no idea who even did it, but here it is, and after I finally searched it down, it's just about the most F-ed up song/video there ever was. But here it is, it satisfies my nightmares. Some sense of closure at least. I don't even know where I may have heard it, I don't even listen to the radio, haven't in decades. Maybe I heard it on an elevator in a motel somewhere.

That song was written and meant to be classic, and it was/is, and it may have even worked entirely too well. I had a great friend way back then, we both had hotrod VW Bugs, and he was a drummer. Well, drummers are drummers, he played in a cover band locally and he finally picked himself up and moved to New Orleans to become a much more famous drummer (which didn't work out all that well, I don't think), but he said before leaving he'd played more Zeppelin songs than Zeppelin ever did, including all the time Zeppelin spent practicing Zeppelin songs.Originally posted by fatguyzinc View Post
