Re: Remember AUTOBUFF magazine ?
Brian,
It was big here in the Midwest. One of our old cruising buddies had a spread on his car in Autobuff: A Plymouth Arrow with a Blown 426 Hemi and a 4-speed with a pistol grip shifter. The vanity plate read "SUICIDE." Ah! The good old days!

p.s. Don or anyone else heard from Randy lately? It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.

Re: Remember AUTOBUFF magazine ?
I'd buy them from the Rite Aid drug store when I was 13.
Then I discovered a couple things: When I bought a magazine to look at cars, I wanted to look at better cars. And when I bought a magazine to look at boobs, I wanted to look at more boobs, and the cars were getting in the way.
And then I learned something even more important: Though she gave me dirty looks, the old biddy behind the counter would sell me Playboy.
So I got a subscription to Hot Rod, and kept buying Playboy at the drug store, until the dad across the street called my dad and told him I was buying Playboys for his sons (one my age, one a year older).
