Had to do more metalwork before paint.
Thinks......might need to make holes with flaps
on the right side. Click image for larger version

I was wondering about that. I have dual fans so I have enough surface area to not need flaps but it might help - especially if if heats up at freeway speed

This morning I wired the fan to two relays, one turns the low speed fan on at 185 the other relay is
          operated by a switch......me.

Got the car started and let it idle, it idled up to 185 when the low fan turned on......
in just a few minutes the temp was coming down and this is where it stabilized.

The was some collateral damage caused by my last high temperatures drive......

Yesterday I see I have no speedometer....be dead......

                  Here´s the reason.

Bueno is driving today in 91 heat and the temp needle pegged at 180 even some time idling in traffic.
Got a slight hesitation on acceleration, sometimes like it's looking for the right gear.
Could be 'cos I'm one speedo cable minus.

Can't have it all can we ?

Just been out to the car, raised the float levels a little itty bit.
While at it I thought.....check the pump squirters.....sure enough the passenger side was'nt working.
So I took it off.....wow I could see the "rock" blocking it.
                            All better now.

Not sure, but I do believe there is an app for that. I know Mapquest monitors speed somehow.

Actually it's a joke......go see "Pic of the day" thread.

There are quite a few speedometer apps for phones I had one for awhile...actual speed, average speed, route taken and time etc.
