if its not covered by the lava flow or burnt, once it cools down and is no
longer a threat they may get to go back--but thats directly at the discretion
of whomever is in charge of things like that.

they might say its too dangerous, theres still too much sulfur fumes, we
think the lava may start flowing again, etc....

a few years ago a guy got sued because when they lava started running
towards his house, he jumped in his dozer ( he owned a construction
company) and plowed a furrow to redirect the lava away from his home.

unfortunately by doing that he diverted it directly into his
neighbors property/house, so.............yeah. bummer. he got sued.

theres also the little old japanese lady who stopped the flow within
a couple feet of her house with her garden hose! so ya never know.

Every paradise has a touch of Hell. It's beautiful here but we do from time to time get hurricanes. Much of California is built on shaky ground and they have that fire thing. And so on.

You know, I've seen the movie Volcano! with Pierce Brosnan - I think you need to consider getting a Suburban, just in case.

.... you Hawaiians have it better then here - when our mountain blows it goes a 700 mph. (Mt. St. Helen's for those who don't know)

St. Helens taught the world volcanos are no joke. But I don't think people on the Big Island right now would appreciate hearing "Well it's no Mt. St. Helens, that's for sure.".

they live in Hawaii... what's their other biggest worry? "oh, my lai is too tight" or "does this roast make me look fat?" or even worse "who brought the bbq sauce?" .... or the worst of all, FGZ showing up to said luau in spandex.

So? Does this make it easier or harder for FGZ to find a new place or buys him a reprive?

i can only assume by "oh, my lai is too tight" you meant a lei--
as the way youve got it written is pronounced like "lie".....

as for me in spandex, whatever turns you on brother. we dont judge.

well, its on another island, but in the big picture that
means there are even more people trying to find a place to live
in a very limited market....which drives the price up EVEN MORE
as demand FAR outweighs supply here.
