    Track width rear,are 3 inches narrower on the half ton 73-91 trucks.I have noticed another thing.The rear axle on 70-81 F bodys,seem to have been mounted a little too far to one side.It will become clear,if you try to squeeze some wide tires to them.

        I see all kinds of cars going down the road crabbed to one side or the other. It's amazing how many of these have fairly new paint jobs. I guess the owner, or the body shop, never bothered to check to see if was straight before wasting time and money fixing the body.
