Cam Doctor Software & Hardware System

A long, long time ago, in a dark world called DOS; a recently retired Chrysler engineer created a program with hardware called Cam Doctor. It was a great idea and worked well. Unfortunately, a new civilization emerged from the DOS abyss with a language called Windows. Cam-Doctor-philes could not communicate in the new world and died.

Does anyone remember Cam Doctor? Are there any survivors? How can such a system be upgraded to communicate in the Windows world?

Oz was a great guy but as you said....

Now on to your question. One of two ways, look up Audie Technology, Audie Thomas has spent some time doing this but I don't remember if it's DOS or Windows based. The next system is what most people use today it's from Performance Trends. I think you'll like this software.
There are very few people in this world who's opinion I value, you are not one of them.

Mike, thanks for replying . . . you just keep popping up and suprising me! I was afraid this thread would die a slow death from lack of activity! In fact it might die anyway if you and I are the only ones that know about CD. Oh I forgot, David knows about everything ;D. Did you ever run a test with it David?

My problem is I have dusted off my system (with 5" floppies!!) and would like to run it. Is there anything like a compiler for DOS stuff into XP? I'll contact your references. I hope there is a "refreshed" system (i.e. cheap) way to "bring back the dead" and not a completely new (i.e. expensive) software program.
