Looks like it's happening in August?
Who's planning on being there? I know I am.

How's their schedule vs. Speed Week? I'd like to attend but already have a room for B'ville.

Re: Loring, Maine
Hey guys, anyone want to clue me in? Is there an LSR event going down in Maine?
I'm just north of the border. B'ville, El Mirage, and even Maxton are a ways out, but Maine....I
could
do Maine!
Thanks

Re: Loring, Maine
I found this local news article about the event:
Page not found - Bangor Daily News
http://www.bangordailynews.com/detail/49551.html
Wow, I hope as the details come together I'll be able to make it. As for beer, if I make it there will be a couple cases of Canada's finest in my trunk ;D
I'm a total LSR newb, time to order an ECTA rulebook

Can't wait. I'll bring some of Sam Adams' finest.
I'll even volunteer the fitty-6 as a push truck (albeit a slow one)... send me your bumper height specs!

Might be a time conflict, but I'll be there if I can afford it.

Hmm ... no closer for me than Maxton. Might be more seasonable weather in mid-summer though.
cheers

How about rules and classes. If I drive down in the Chevelle, can I run it?

Re: Loring, Maine
ECTA rules, right?
If you haven't seen the blog check this:

Brian/Keith, how close are ECTA rules to B'ville rules on chassis stuff?

Re: Loring, Maine
I would like to be there. I usually don't have anything going on in August.
Benchracing this in my head though. Which car I already own is better for this type of event? Can I pull it off?
Brian, I know you're going to tell me to bring the black truck. Can you run anything without a cage though? I have some reading to do I guess.
