and heres the one that seems to get most noticed. my great grandfather bought it new. 305 v6 4 speed runs great other than pops out of third on deceleration

Did you get the Electra back from the body shop? How are the floors now?

Got it back. Only had them replace the trunk floor around the rear body mounts and the rear body mounts themselves. That bit of work was enough to make me think that maybe I should get myself a welder and brush up on my welding skills and then do some of this work myself.

I also put in three seat belts in the back seat so we can cruising as a family now.
