I was hoping that maybe the truck backed over an unoccupied car.
There are a few odd things about that photo...could it have been staged somehow? (what looks like the front bumper off to one side, the mudflap not pushed forward as you would expect if the car had driven into it or the trailer backed over the car)
If it turns out to be legit I'm going to have nightmares :o

On the Corvette pic: The large chunks of the door or whatever sitting on the side look to have been chopped away by the ol' jaws of life to see if the poor guy was still alive inside. I bet the driver fell asleep and hit the back of the parked semi at about 50mph.
