Thatīs a very old Spanish plate on that Chevy, the M denotes Madrid.
More than likely imported into Spain when new, Spain used to have many American cars,
they turn up in films and old street scenes.

The hood is a very bad fit at the rear, it's raised up
like the hinges have taken a hit.
I reckon the hood is original....the car lacks a load o' care.
But all said, it's a four door.

Reminds me of a Cuba car but a few years too new. Tri Fives were after Castro I believe.
