Sometimes the skies over us here are full of contrails, other days nothing at all.
Several days ago we popped off to the coast, overhead planes were going everywhere.
When we got to our destination I shot this....

Very interesting, I had no idea. Some great stories/reflections there about life on the front lines during the cold war. Two of the most expensive and important aircraft in the inventory lost within a short time of each other, one to a slushy runway and the other to...?...into the ocean with all onboard, never found.

it is almost spooky, but considering the overlap of old school skins and 100 times the screaming power bolted on in 4 places...
the disappearing one was vibrating, that was the last call.
in modern videos, engineers can take a new plane there to pass the speed of sound test.
a symptom that emerges for cargo planes is vibration...just before mach 1, and continues until it shreds the plane into whatever it can handle.

I would guess the incinerated one was at 700 mph ground speed.

a normal flight (for military personnel onboard only) could sail past 500-550. A jet stream can take it into 700s...
it is a scream I wish upon no one.

I get nerdy, beyond books on this stuff.

this morning, I added a supermoon to it.
a few hours after the said peak, the compressor on my fridge is vibrating the whole floor.
              needs to be scrapped.

many physics. Travel in the sky or space is just us mortals being a little planet.

I was watching old 1970s commercials. I remember them if they aired in new england.
he never seemed to watch anything, or really read a book. He liked critters and frogs.
He knew he had to be taken care of. The crying stopped when mom was not there for something.

he then forgot how much he needed, and tried to be like us.
the mental beatings continued upon the altered ego..

                    he surrounds himself with alcohol.

I tried to make things look easy. My military tour attacked his own mind even more.
I do not forget how much I need, the crying stopped when mom wasn't around.. a long long time ago.

I have been more evil the past year in my own way, to break away.
                    We are in our 40s.

I do remember his last faces of truth.. a cross between down syndrome, and amazement at the darndest things.
The amazement or will to wonder, it is a life that reaches out... some people accept it.
If he could just be the challenge he is out loud...
                    he'd get more help.

As a veteran left for dead, I did not help him much. I do appear to him, to come out of nowhere with nothing, time and time again. I see that old amazement, questions he can't seem to ask. Even that is an inspiration to simple.

Somebody didn't do a good enough job cleaning out the lube oil pipes. Now I've got a nice gouge in my brand new bearing. I'll have to get the machinists to polish it out before they put it back together.

something was strong enough to hit this at high speed highway, sending it off the road...

and kept going without being identified.

obviously a lifted truck, beyond half ton weights...
I know rigs can hit 90 out there. the car driver sure would have felt a breeze plowing before it got to her though.

I'll edit this post when they figure it out.
