Man, where do you find chicks these days that will polish the blower scoop when you stop to fill up? ;D
OK how many So Cal guys can remember the "Mighty Met", "Gar Fish" & "Rocktober"? KMET was the major rock station in the greater LA area. Times change, gas was $1.25, Geesh I'm old..........
There are very few people in this world who's opinion I value, you are not one of them.
I was a HUGE KMET fan. I discoverd it half way through my freshman year of high school (1979). I always listened to Gonzer's Grill in the morning, Pat "Paraquat" Kelly at lunch time, Mary Turner in the afternoon and then Jim Ladd. Sadly, it all ended on February 14th 1987 when they went off the air and a few days later it became KTWV "The Wave", Soft Jazz..... F--KING YUCK!! FM rock radio in So Cal was never the same!
