Spotted this last weekend. Can't say I care for the frontend, I think I would have left the VW hood, and leave it fenderless. Very cool though, makes me give some thought to the Bugs we see sitting along the roads here for sale.

with teh bug front end and windsheild on it that may not look as retarted as it does now, the potential with teh bed in nack might have been cool, it sure as hell is not anywhere near 5500$ cool now tho....Comment

I agree...not $5500 cool, but I'd put it on my todo list. The whole rat-rod thing is kinda starting to grow on me, but I like less of the rat part.
