Anyone know what kind of cans he's using for air filter covers?
I can't tell if it's a half size coffee can or a can of government ham.

(I'm not ragging on the guy, I actually think it's kind of a neat idea.)

Don't most concourse restoration judging exempt things like replacement seatbelts and recall items done for safety aswell?

Since nearly every street built these days has one, I don't see what they are complaining about. Unless it's the fact it is not mounted under the body on the frame instead of in plain sight.
