Actual registration time for non-perps on the 15th..?

Since they say they are gonna give the 2012 'perpetrators' a 6 hour headstart for registering..
is there anyway to know ahead of time when that time for the rest of us will actually be..?
I don't really have the time to sit and push refresh all day..but would like to get registered as soon as available.

Haha yeah. I'm at work usually and everyone knows when registration day is because I'm completely useless spending more time on the computer than customer cars.

I want to blow Friday off and focus getting signed up. But I blew last Friday to go testing with a customer at Peidmont, NC.
I will be here but no telling how much I will really get done!
