I won't give you shit about the wheels since I'm probably not too far behind you. My Mustang still has drums in front.I just bought a set of take off '12 13" Mustang GT rotors and calipers with 5 miles on them from Rousch racing. $50 for the rotors and $75 for the calipers. That's a pair not each! The only wheels in my budget are used 04 Mustang GT or MACH1.
Check out a company called OE Wheels. I have seen their stuff and was surprised by the quality.

And, yes bigger brakes are in my future.

Any last minute upgrades before you take this mighty beast - East?

(will you have someone look after the Caprice while you're out of town?)

Ha! I like those wheels, can I have em when you're done with em? They'd look great on the Catalina!

Agreed- and good customer service. I bought my old wheels from them and was more than happy for the price and quality (475 for a set of 4, 17x9 and 17x10)

hmm, not understanding all the hate for Torque Thrusts. they are hands down my favorite wheel...Dont care how many people run them...back in the day there were only a few choices for rims....now there are hundreds if not thousands of rims out there and the torque thrusts are still a popular pick....I want them for the Fury...when it isnt a giant hulking POS....

I thought you were planning to stay with 17's for the tire selection?

They are giving me flack because I have been vocal on more than one occassion about my dislike for them.

FYI , on the Jegs website they had a great visual tool for deciding on which wheels to buy . You choose the car/truck , color , stance , wheel , wheel size , tire size , etc . I used it to help pick the wheels for my S10 , then I ordered them from Summit , haha .

sounds like fun...too bad it requires installing JRE, which I really don't want on my computer.

Wow, who knew there was this anti-torqe thrust movement? I had no idea.

I have them, I like them a bunch, and they will look great on the '65. It's also cool that you can paint or change the centers to fit the look of the car. If I keep mine I'm going to paint the centers that magnesium-ish color.

it just means he hates us and our cars... I think the TT2s make my C3

Scott - I do have flat caps for the TT2s - any interest in a set? (aluminum or steel)
