I suggest you study the panel forming threads in the Tech section. Pretty sure you could make it look better and be more sturdy - also improved aero! Those Nature-formed NACA ducts may not have the best air flow. (Sorry - with my MI past I HATE rust!)

The tach is scribbled on the dash with a SHARPIE! if you want to go faster, all you have to do is pen a new needle close to the redline!

That USED to be the Tach, but now it's the speedo, you'll note the arrow is just below 130!
