If you an iPhone or better iPad or android tablet or computer you can use RaceIQ (search for the thread on BS) which is cheap and a great tool for loging and tracking your set up and ET's.

Sounds like no problem at all. What is .2 in a year of racing? My car of course very different than yours is more affected by humidity than temperature. If I have a loose alternator belt, I lose a tenth. A blown header gasket at the head also costs me a tenth. I raced Saturday in Tulsa 2 classes just before dragweek. I made a total of 12 passes a bunch of 11.98's in the right lane and the rest 12.0 in the left lane. I said something to a local racer and he admitted the right lane was faster. I have experienced that at other tracks too. That's my 2 cents.

Fuel can do it... also if you keep jetting up and nothing happens
you need to look at the supply... filters, pump, and needle/seats...
I change to .120 N/S on most all of my carbs.... that E-10 will want
more fuel to make the same power as straight fuel... also like said
already... tune for MPH, forget the ET(ET is chassis) and when you
get the best MPH then look at the A/F ratio as a reference point....
also with E-10 it might want more timing

Had a pretty good day at TNT yesterday. I went back over this thread and noticed I had left out a random miss I had in high gear that I had been chasing. I went and dove under the dash of a long sleeping 67 Barracuda of a friend of mine and snagged his digital 6 box to try out. His digital 6 box is so old it didn't even have a patent number on it yet and it was hand signed from a quality check. That quality check meant alot as it fixed my high end miss problem and brought back a little MPH.

Yesterdays track conditions were kinda dismal, track prep was good as usual for Tulsa. The DA was 2200-2300 most of the day and there was a 30mph crosswind that slapped you as soon as you cleared the stands at the 1/8th mile. It was enough to need a fair amount of steering input to correct. It was interesting in a slow car I can't imagine how the motorcycle guys were dealing with it but they were.

I did make some progress on tuning though. From some reading i did on the bullet I went to a 9.5pv to see if maybe the PV was pulling shut. This didn't show any gain on the wideband but it picked up in ET and MPH.

Before Dragweek I was trying to shove more fuel in this thing and I threw a powervalve in the rear. At the time this did nothing for performance and I left it in there. I removed it yesterday and noted a slightly better 1/8 mile time and no change in air fuel or ET. I think the better 1/8 mile time could have been from a change in the wind it was fractional.

I then went up 4 jet sizes in the rear to a 98 jet, this picked up a very small amount of ET and MPH and netted no change on the air fuel meter.

All in all a decent day, it ran a best of [email protected] which is the best its ran since MoKan last year(which I am writing off now lol).

There might be one or two more TnTs this year and then I need to pull the motor to fix a small crack in the oil pan, it might get some ported heads to but there is a looming masterbath remodel that will likely take away from those funds LOL...plus I need to save for DW13

That RaceIQ program that bill mentioned is pretty nice. I have had it for awhile but wasn't using it for anything but the DA calculation which works great for Tulsa because the airport is only one mile away. But I logged all my runs yesterday and it was nice and easy to compare the runs.
