    Beat me to the portable electric cooler idea.

    So I'll post my 2nd thought.

    Dry Ice in a ventilated box with a small electric fan moving air into and out of the enclosure? Use some old computer cooling fans for low buck approach?
    Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.
