I gotta tell ya, I LOVE THIS STUPID LITTLE CAR!

It is soooo fun to Cruise the neighborhood and meet all these people, and/or make a liquor store run. Everyone who sees it either smiles or outright stops you to talk about it.

The more I see it, the more in love I am! I feel like I stole it for $600! Just between you, me and the lampost this is the first car I have ever actually bought, my automotive purchase virginity (APV) has been compromised! Am I going to go crazy and start buying ugly little electric cars?
What if, just what if, someday people are taking their hopped up bad ass electric cars to shows? But you have a '63? It seems that might be fun...hopefully when electric cars are "hopped up" I will be long finished.

And Phil's got a mighty good point. There's bound to be a class for that ride at Wilmington. Maybe Keith would let you run it down the track on Saturday morning at 10:30 while he's doing the second rookie orientation, since it'll take you about ten minutes to go the mile. Try to dodge everybody standing around on the track...will the battery last a mile? At any rate, I'll bet you be able to get slowed down enough to make first turnout!

That would be even MORE fun! Another speed record that'll stand the test of time...

Get your ECTA rulebook and look up "Omega" classes. They're for electric vehicles (or steam). THAT would be fun! Not sure how many wheels are required.
