I have been very happy with the Miller 180 autoset I got after being frustrated with my old lincoln SP200 not working well with .023 wire.

I've gone through one 11lb spool of .023 wire and one fill on my 75/25 bottle working on the falcon.
    I've done the front floors.
    Mini tub
    Frame connectors
    Mustang 2 install
    trans cross member etc.

I was told by the dealer that the only difference between the 180 and the 210 is the ability to run on 110, or 220, and a couple hundred difference in price.

I got the 180 online fro $842 shipped, which of course does not include the bottle, or cart.
There's always something new to learn.

What Milner has - 110v is a great machine for doing body panels, but for frames you need a machine that give you too much power. The problem with 110 is you never know (until it fails) whether or not you got good penetration.
Doing it all wrong since 1966
