Made it home.Besides the guys I named, Mary(Shameless) Susie(FSK) and Tom(>>>>head) were there. I think Bob and Alan were having lunch with Blake today.keep them all(Anna, Blake, Tiffany and Lindsay) in your prayers as they will have some tough days ahead.

This is a bit late, but I want to thank everyone for the kind words and condolences. Big thanks to those who showed up and sent cards! It was all very much appreciated!

With the blessing of Ray's family I have started a small tribute to Ray:


This is a 2" static cling that goes inside your windshield, or wherever you want to place it.




This is a 2" paper sticker that can probably be used twice before it won't stick on a shirt (or elsewhere).





My plan is to offer these to BangShifters who would like to honor Ray in this way on next year's Power Tour on a first-come first-served basis. That will eliminate the shipping and handling aspect, but I will consider other options if any of you request delivery before then. I have 100 of the static clings, and 500 of the paper stickers.

Mary and I have purchased these and we do not ask for any reimbursement, however, should you feel like donating any amount for them, I will collect those donations and send them on to the ALS "Team Lightning" to further honor Ray.

In my enthusiasm I am finding a few bumps.....so.......A little update.......I'm thinking it might work best if you either pm me your requests for these items or post requests on this thread. I am going to limit requests to 1 static cling and 5 stickers per person so we have enough to go around. If you don't need them until June, I'll put your items in an envelope and deliver them on the Power Tour.

I am trying to set up a "special member" for Team Lightning that we can all donate to directly. More info to follow. Thanks for your patience.......

"It took me a while to figure out the easiest way to do this. This is what I have done. I created a “walker” named BangShift.com Family.

If you share this link with everyone, they can make a donation to BangShift.com Family, who is on Team Lightning.

They will need to click on that link. It will take them to “BangShift’s” page.
They need to scroll down and click the big red button on the right that says “DONATE TO BANGSHIFT.COM”
They should be able to figure it out from there. Under “Name for Recognition,” the donors will put either their own name or “anonymous” if they wish to be anonymous.
Where it says “My gift should honor,” they need to put “Ray Brady.”

I made a donation using this procedure and it works very well. You can print off the transaction for your tax-deductible receipt. I am pleased that we can honor Ray in this way too. As our pastor says, "remember, that no gift is too large!".
