The traditionalist in me is still voting for the Chamois, although gas powered things that blow seem favored by the rest of the panel...

Perhaps I have trouble embracing the "new". It took me forever to get into CDs and I am still not MP3'd!

My leaf blower is battery powered. Keeps the two stroke stink out of the house if you're going to use it for basic domestic tasks.
    I'm still learning

    Makes sense...I favor battery powered.

We wash our fleet cars nearly everyday. The micro fiber towels are best used to to finish up, especially on glass. They streak badly if they are soaked. If you do use towels, be careful not use really rough ones as they will scratch the rather soft clear coat. Also, when you wash your towels do not use fabric softener as that adds a waxy coating to towel fibers that prevents it from soaking up water. Buy them new when there is the big sales, or just get them cheap from.the goodwill, like I do. When they become too dirty to use for car washing, they can lwad a second life for car fixing.
