Be thankful you love food. Id much rather have to eat less than force feeding myself like when I was fighting, just to maintain weight at times.
A gallon of water and a 64oz gatorade everyday helps me stay feeling better. Helps my skin is a huge part (i had severe ezsema). Elcheaopo multivitamin and lots of food. Zero caffine in last three years.
