Great news.......they are awake. This is my first try at this week of crazy and I sincerely need some input from those that have been in the trenches. My side kick has had to back out due to a scheduling conflict and I am looking for a replacement. I would love to take my 13 year old grand son along, but that means all the driving falls on me, but that's ok. He is helping me build the truck but I'm not sure Drag Week is a place for a young gear head. Any thoughts???????

Brian Rock brought his son Dean at age 6 and 7 for consecutive years. he did have a co-pilot/ baby sitter ( haha Floyd) , who is now my co-pilot. It was great for them and I'd recommend it highly, at 13 you'll have great crew member even if he can't take the wheel.
