a look at the mapquest location of the new venue, with a search of surrounding hotels, shows some fairly close, including some of the HI's.......

We just checked ours. The HIE at 701 S Nedderman Dr is 4.37 miles away according to mapquest.

We just did a map triangulation & we are actually closer to the new venue with this one. It also appears to be full. Figuring those two things & the rate that we got, we will most likely just stay there.

My hotel is now 2.5 miles closer to the new venue than the ballpark which was 6.8 miles away.

we have reservations at the HIE on Randall, was 6 1/2 miles and now is 5 1/2 miles.

Well I managed to screw that up & flip the address', Phil. Just the way that my whole weekend went. That is the correct address for the venue & we are at the Randol Mill Rd. HIE.

Um....... No Mike. I thought it was actually quite popular, but I guess not. It's like gmail, but it's ymail. When I sat up my Yahoo account, that's the email address I received.

Allrighty then. I have reservations for B-ham, Chattanooga, and Charlotte. Didn't know till now if I was going to be able to go. At least I can do 3 days. Better than none.
