If we were going this year, we'd be leaving real soon..We'll just have to wait a year from now..Wow, that seems even longer then waiting for the Power Tour..

Sorry for not being on here for a bit, my heart failure issue rose its ugly head again last week when my implanted defibrillator shocked the s%&t out of me twice within a few seconds of each other. The shocks knocked me to the ground. I was transported to the local hospital and then transferred to UCLA in Los Angeles where i underwent another heart ablation procedure again. I was in the hospital for a week again and just got home today. I'm weak and very sore but should be on my feet within a week or so. I don't believe i can put something together for this month or october but we are moving along for 2013!Life is too short to drive boring cars!Comment

Saturday the 13th of Oct. Ken and I are going to stay at the River's Edge in Ouray. Heard there's a funking micro brewery in town and will be checking it out as well as the Outlaw Saloon and Steakhouse (I think that's what it's called).
Hoping the roads a good so we can take the Camaro!

Hey Linda, you will love the River's Edge, say hi to Dave for me. He'll remember me in the new corvette 427 convertible! Anyway, be sure and hit the Outlaw Saloon, John Wayne hung out there during the filming of True Grit. They have a piano player in there to die for!. Roads are great! Be sure and take a spin on the million dollar highway. Just be sure who ever is driving is paying attention as there are NO second chances! Maureen and I and Norb and Terry are making preliminary plans to join the Western Scenic Tour. Our only roadblock will be the car show that our club puts on in September. It is tentatively planned for the 15th. If that date doesn't conflict, we will try to be there.Jim & Maureen
