I have that style of insulation in my roof on my pole barn - I hate it. One of those things I'd do different. I would have had them leave it off and had foam sprayed onto the rafters - other benefit of spray on, it quiets the shop in a storm. It also acts as a good seal against leaks.... probably a bit late now, but thought I'd mention it.
Otherwise, I really like your shop, that's going to be really nice.

I got a good deal on it so that is the only reason I have it. Unfortunately it got damages during delivery so they are going to bring 8 new rolls hopefully in much better shape. I'm also worried about leaks with the metal roof.
