It showed up white so I assumed the whole door was white. Luckily the front was gray as I ordered.

GREAT facility. Hope yours doesn't get as junky as mine has - but I'm working on it.

Getting closer, just wanting the contractors to finish their job so I can get back to work on it. The concrete floor and trenching in utilities (electric and natural gas) need done before the hard ground freeze sets in. Also got a quote for the gutters.

HOLY SETBACK! Man what a battle but after today things are changing and in a great direction for once!

12 long hours later I have an absolutely gorgeous floor! Its awesome to have some good friends that are able to help out. I'm so very appreciative for all of their help!

Concrete guys are amazing! Not a skill set I have - there's a "feel" that I lack. Around here the concrete workers are almost all Hispanic and are EXCELLENT from my experience. I tried thanking them but was limited to "gracias". Worked their tails off.

That's a LOT of concrete spread out there. Hope you have as much fun in there as I've had in mine.

Lordy - that looks pool table flat! Amazing - well done! are you going to coat it with anything or use a sealer that soaks into it?
There's always something new to learn.

I wish you guys could see it in person, hands down the best quality work done to date on the building! I plan to seal it with an oil based sealer in two weeks. After that let it all cure for another two weeks before I get a few things in there for winter.

So, no gravel underneath? You just poured directly on the dirt? Or is that a sand base?
