Getting closer, exterior nearly completed just need to correct some aesthetic issues still.

Lol.. Know the feeling... But don't start...
I drink on occasion, not as much any more... Maybe age and falling down while sober factors in?

I sure hope so......

Not sure if how the roof was done it needs to be vented or not? The insulation is sandwiched between the metal and perlin - fastened with screws. I better ask some questions just to be sure.

depends on your building department. If you can get away without a ridge vent, do it. Last winter I plugged mine and raised the inside temperature by 10*

Vents are supposed to remove condensation...

Don't think it is damp there like here..

Not all that damp around here usually. I know the insulation cuts short before the soffit and the ridge cap does have slots between the ridges that are open. Don't think there would be much air movement if any how it is setup. I will call the engineer about it just to get a clear understanding of what I have.
