          Smoky burnouts...race gas...

And out of personal good taste, I eliminated certain comments...pertaining to my wife and my last f150...involving the stereo system, 2 12" subs, and a good dose of loud music that shakes the **** outta the seats.

new car smell comes in a bottle, old truck smell is something earned over time. I like the cans of cherry car scent. I pretty much always have one. the one from the truck got stolen along with my cool cupholder some tools and my green flannel jacket. I guess someone else my size likes them too.

I had a lincoln that I sold to my friend it had the cherry scented can it. his little grandson got in it the first time and asked "where did you get this CHERRY car?" I wonder if cherry scent will remind him of his grandfather.

                  Re: Favorite automotive "scents"

I'm right next to IRP, twice a day, 5 days a week.....the sad part is that I'm on the wrong side of the fence.

Having said that, here's a few of my picks(in no particular order)...

                  1)High-octane fuel, especially burnt.....*drools*..intoxicating
                  2)Freshly built engine "burning" in
                  3) tiresmoke(actual tiresmoke, not my own scent.....shut your ass, SpeedJunkee..LOL)
4)car soap and wax.....I can appreciate down'n'dirty, but I like mine clean
5)fresh oil....as it's being poured into the engine(or on, all depends on if the funnel's worth a damn)
6)those little tree air fresheners, New Car Scent..use them in my personal vehicles and my semi..
7)Nitromethane.....that tells me I'm at the U.S. Nationals, having a blast!
                  8) Old car/truck smell......with some, it's just the right thing.
