    excellent point Randal, an ice cold beer on a hot day of driving in a hot car is refreshing pretty much exclusive of the brand.

    as for the flames, yeah I'd say if you see vertical smoke or Richy Bobbie's fat ass running from the car it's really on fire...

    Personally I'm hoping not to have that problem, again. Had a trans fluid fire once and that was not a cool feeling/ moment. Luckily it happened after the burnout so the starting line crew was able to react quickly and put it out. What a mess to clean up on the car though.

        Speaking of HOT....

        all drivers are required to wear long pants and closed toe shoes at a minimum.

        I for one will be changing into shorts as soon as possible!

        Knowing my co-pilot - we will have plenty of cold beer available, that isn't corona.

        I couldn't beat Randall in a foot race on my best day - but if I did - and it was for a corona - I'd gladly hand it to him to drink.
        There's always something new to learn.

            I think I will wear my stripper pants.. the ones you just grab and they rip off.. way faster to cool off!!

                I'll be wearing my fire pants. Lots of guys say wear a set of nylon pants and the start line crew won't notice. I'll bet you will notice if something happens and those nylon pants melt into your skin....
