General InfoBerrien Citation II Dune Buggy1973Volkswagen/Berrien BuggyCitation II1970's Screaming Metallic GreenMy wife got the Citation II from her father. He built it in 1973, & it still has all of the original parts from that era. We haven't seen another one like it yet.
The Cool Stuff!The original motor is a 1600 single port with a Holley Bug Spray & a mild cam. The new motor is a 1641 single port with W-100 cam, & using the Holley Bug Spray that came with the car.
67/68 VW swingaxle pan with 205mm high 5 drums.
Pacer high 5 wheels with vintage Firestone Super Sports. New tires coming soon.
1970's Screaming Metallic Green.
Fiberglass buckets with padded seat covers
Optional side curtain windows.It made it into the garage under it's own power with a gas & oil leaking motor that has .040-.050 endplay, a plugged carb jet.
