Florida run to Detroit

Am going to try to work all day Wednesday, but we might be able to catch up with you in Knoxville for the rest of the trip. Would you drive the rest of the way on Thursday, or stop somewhere else on Thursday?

I think we will stop short of Detroit as I only have my motel rooms for Friday & Saturday night..... It might be next to impossible to find a room with 50 miles of Detroit..... I am flexible on my starting time, are you leaving out after work on Wednesday?

hi bruce didnt see ya at billetproof but yeah the issues with the rear are fixed . put 2 more sets of bearings in that housing and finally got off my butt and had another housing rebuilt and no more problems .

Either Wednesday after work or Thursday, I'm flexible too! Daughter is riding with me and I will drop her in Chicago area on my way to Champaign. I haven't gotten much response on cars leaving from Atlanta. I'm a planner, so I like to have plans made. However, I also am flexible enough to not mind a change in plans.....My first real commitment is the Roush collection tour in Livonia on Friday and prepaid hotel room for Friday and Saturday.....no changing that!

Sounds good.... As we get a couple of weeks out we can nail down the plan, definitively more fun when we travel with lots of friends....

i was in the 50' ford. i don't think you have seen that car.

we plan to leave on wed, going up I95, avoiding Atlanta.
check with Ed and see when he is going. i suspect he'll head up I75.

I would avoid Atlanta too, if I were you........unfortunately, I live in the metro, so I'm stuck with it. Luckily, I'm 30+ miles out, so if I go NE, I miss it........;)

Atlanta is not too bad, it depends on the time you go through it......

we hope to get to detroit thur afternoon and do the Roush shop. then on friday, we want to do the ford museum and then lingenfelder and maybe the freak cookout. sat at the proving ground. sat nite in warren.
