i drove my car from tulsa to denton tx and back this weekend for a car show...i had 2 other cars with me, a 59 chevy and 52 chevy both low riders......it was fun going on a good road trip again.. every gas stop included a visit from a local car guy or 2..

Sweet! I'm heading to So. Cal. in mine. Planning to stop first in Vegas and hoping to meet up with Joe Barry and possibly others for a day or so, then on the CA. Which I will go visit Stage1Scott and possibly Rebeldryver Scott too.Escaped on a technicality. -
Congrats. Mike, I assume that it was Ron in the 59 that went down with you. I read (in the pond) you took first place in the gasser class.

thanks jason,,, a local gasser group gave me the trophy,,, it was in fact rons wifes 59,,im still giving him crap until he gets his elco running... it looked funny as gas stations my car towered over theirs,,,,we went over 500 miles...Comment
