Just in time, our November storm

It's almost like clockwork, within the last 2 weeks of November, we get a major storm... hope it doesn't intensify before it gets down here.

All our really good storms come out of Alaska - Supposed to be here Tuesday.

God help me, I love storms.

I dunno about that, I've seen several of the good windstorms come from the south up through Oregon. What are they predicting for W.WA?

Usually we make it to Thanksgiving before the bad

'Ironic' isn't it... one gives 'thanks' and shortly after all hell breaks loose and a great part of the country gets to shivver in cold for the next 6 months...

that white stuff, somewhere around week 12 you need a lawyer because you murdered the snow plow guy who keeps filling your freshly cleaned driveway, but you get off because you get a jury of your neighbors?

I love snow - somebody elses. I'm too wimpy for snow, but we only see it for a few hours maybe twice a year and it turns to ice overnight.

We had a good blizzard last year that shut things down for a few days, I just took my sled out and road around checking out all the people that slid off the road. I had stoped and talked to a Trooper and he told us to keep it up and apprecieated our help. Usually they are trying to catch me.

Hopefully we don't get any for the next week or so. I just ordered the snow tires for the car and they won't be here till next week.

It's supposed to be here Saturday (although they can't decide whether or not the wind will be 20 mph or 100... brother) - but that's not a surprise, since it's a 3 day weekend

As crazy as this sounds - I'm going to try to keep my 4x4 truck out of the snow as much as possible - cuz here in the rustbelt snow means salt which means my florida truck won't stay rust free for long. If I don't need it - it stays parked for as much of winter as possible.

The best snowmobiles are someone elses ;-)
