We've talked about that one before Don ....

Denver "sketchy" in Sept?.... It's the driest month we have in the summer, avg temps are in the mid 80's during the day and 50's @ night.

The mountain air will definitely separate the men from the boys ....

To me it would feel like a repeat of this year.......just sayin. Why would you want to visit the same tracks as this year on 3 out of 5 days?

I am still thinking Bristol, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, Bristol. I am in Wisconsin, so where we start isn't making much difference to me.

I have friends in Denver, this could get interesting.... altitude is going to require bringing a lot more carburetor parts.
There's always something new to learn.

At least I did my "final" jet change at the last Drag Week, these injectors should be more than adequate to supply enough fuel to support any modifications that let me drive over my crankshaft =P

I hope to be a first time drag weeker next year. I think if Denver is in the mix I will go ahead and add a bigger trans cooler :D.

It was supposed to be tonight, now they are asking for more info, and pushing the deadline back, and throwing out "late December some time". I seriously don't think ANYTHING is locked and loaded!!

BTW I love Bandimere. Celebrated with my brother when he won the Divisional at that track. I've raced 4 divisionals there, and the first time you let go of the trans. brake, you think..."Did I leave a plug wire off?? Is the converter broken?? Great fun!!
