Sept 28-29

Setup day will be Friday before the Meet.

I disagree, give people time to look at their calendars, diaries and journals and see what might work for them.

Now a NAME is something we absolutely have to have and can't do without ...
.. also, we can work on it right away.

We could also use BangShift instead of Forum Freaks, such as in The BANGshift TourFest.

As soon as we agree on a name for our tour, I'll make it Sticky.

Actually, i said "Forum Freaks Tour Fest", because we shouldn't specify a location name or Spring or Fall in the name, as they will always change, as we tour around.

We are the Freaks though and we are touring with our rides.

so, if we didn't use "fall" or "spring" in the name (i.e. "3rd annual fall tour"), would we call it something like "6th bi-annual Forum Freaks Tour Fest"?
i'm not trying to , just being serious this time.
