Help to identify distributor guts for a 351C

I'm trying to figure out what this setup is, it's in a 351C in my wife's Mustang. I know it's some kind of electronic conversion, my buddy thinks it's an old Unilite conversion. Anyone seen or remember one like this?

In the VW world, the Compu-Tronix looks just like that one. Pertronix uses a smaller collar instead of a disc....
Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.

It does look similar to the Compu-Tronix. I'm gunna keeping searching on them.

The slotted disc is what is has caught my intrest in figuring out who made it.

So, I just figured out that this is an Allison conversion. At some point Allison was bought out by Crane.
