thanks for the comments guys, yup we must be a little nutty to even consider going back...and yet I am already gathering things to improve the little trailer I use only for DW. The car will hopefully be ready for some bracket racing in the next couple weeks. cheers!

Rich, thanks for the Great DW2011 writeup. You and Joe did make every day last longer than most LOL! Glad your home safely and making plans for DW2012.

I'm still on the road (actually on I5 in Weed - heading south). Got to attend my granddaughters wedding in Seattle on Saturday so it was Topeka to Seattle and now heading for Redlands (trucks recorded more than 7k miles since leaving home on the 7th).

Wow Mike you are really making up for lost time with this engine. I'm glad to hear you've been through so many miles and still running strong after the last two years of drama.

I managed to get a few more pix up on my share. They are mostly from Amarillo it looks like, lots of shots from the pits showing everybody working on their cars.

Woohoo, I finally got a Forum Freaks shirt, hand delivered to me by Chad himself along with his awesome Mom in Amarillo. I wore it one day and when I got home it went into the dirty laundry with everything else. After washing/ drying it was left on the recliner awaiting a fold when Somebody got bored being home alone...

The one who should know better but was likely assuming this position while he 'played' with my shirt. She's 9 years old and 175 pounds of pure lovin'.

Those aren't dogs - decent size ponies though.

you would think they were 5 pound chihuahua's the way they always try to sit in your lap.
